Delete your account from the app

1. Open Remme and sign in to your account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Delete Account.
4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your Remme account and associated personal data, including memories, uploaded photos, family data, wishes, life story content, future messages, and other content linked to your account. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.

Can't access your account?

If you cannot access Remme to delete your account, email hello@remme.app from the email address associated with your Remme account and request account deletion.

Delete your data but keep your account

Remme also provides a Delete My Data option in Settings. This removes your memories and other saved content while keeping your Remme account active.
